I think these are ready to be cut down.

Buds have plumped up. Pistils have receded and turned orange and trichomes are turning amber. What do you guys think? Hear are some pictures.

If you ain't in a hurry another few day's will tell for sure.... Give me a call I will give you my professional opinion... Nice job

Yea let them have another few days if you can, you'll be surprised how much they can fatten up if let go full term! But yea you could def cut now if you wanted nice work as well and enjoy!

The strain is purple cream. I heard that it is a pretty rare bay area strain. I didn't know what I had until I was already flowering or I would have made clones. I hope I can find this strain again.

basically if you want to cut for any reason (money, security, etc) like that then id say go with it. If you can afford to wait another week itll prolly b your best bet. might as well let it fully mature. Fully mature = fatter buds/bigger yields plus more potent plants

You will most definitely gain potency, if anything. Also, more and more trichomes will turn amber which gives your cannabis a stoney, couchlock high. Most growers like to wait until 75% are amber but it is really up to you.

Yes this is true and i must point out (because im sure people will worry). You will still feel the sativa effect of a sativa, and visa versa. So even though you get a more "couchlock" high so they say, i think its just a more potent high and that strain happened to knock you out. Grow a more sativa influenced strain and grow that out to the same ripeness level, and you will have some amazingly enjoyable energetic intense euphoric smoke. I assume some people have different reasons for not giving them the extra 2 weeks. I like to wait a bit longer than most usually 50 50 cloudy amber, but i also go by looks as well. Look up zues thread on when to harvest if you want to see a great explanation of when to harvest its quite interesting and impressive!

Yeah. I think I will be letting them go a week after christmas. They keep on fattening up so I will just have to wait. I really wanted to be able to burn one of these babys on Christmas. I quess I will have to wait tho.

Take a little tester bud man or even take a few just take the smaller nugs that way you can see what the high is like now, i told ya they fatten up for ya any chance of an update pick?
