I think their bugs or slugs maybe??

I was looking all over the leaves of my clones and found a few small spots, almost looked like a little pod of eggs(not sure) some where under the leaves and some were on top. Another thing, it may be related or not...they seem to look like tiny tiny slugs, most are around the base of the stem but some are about half way. I was thinking they may be hatching from the other lil circle pod spots.. What do you think? And what shoul I do???

Those are on the leaves. Looks something similar on the stems too.
