Oh yeah.. much bigger. I'm surprised it looks so good (not dead) for being that small after 9 weeks. Give me 9 weeks in veg and I'll give you monsters. How close is your light and what kind of lights are you using? It seems like it might be not nearly enough light.

im using a t-5 light n i say about 3 feet up from my plant

t-5 light should be couple inches away from plant!! 5-7 inches... bring the light closer to ur plant.

looks like a 7 to 10 day old plant. Watch this video from sannie which will show you a timetable progression. He's growing a sativa dom here so he only did a few days veg and then flowered for 13 weeks but it should give you an idea of just how far behind you are.
