i think my buds are goin bad

i have just one plant about 3 weeks into flowering and its my first grow, the pistols on a couple of the buds are starting to turn a brownish red color and the tips of those pistols are shriveling up, why is this happening and what can i do about it i really don't want this plant to die and its not from the light because all the buds on the very top of the plant are fine, sry i don't have any pics i lost my camera

dont trip thats whats suppose to happen to the pistils as soon as 60-70 % turn your ready for harvesting.

i don't think they should be turning this early though, 3 weeks? could it have gotten pollinated? a hermie?

i know there suppose to turn that color but are they suppose to like shrivel up at the tips

its deffinetly not a hermie and i didn't get pollinated because i took the males out the moment they showed balls
