Can someone help me on this first time dwc temps are around 77-82 degrees my rh is around 30-35% I use the one part floranova bloom at low strength witch is 5 ml a gallon. I used it with some botonicare hydroguard at 2 ml a gallon a week, and some rock resonator @ 4ml a gallon.ph is never over 6 and never under5.5. I'm waiting for my ppm meter. It's only on that one bud site that the main cola. Week3. Anyone have a clue what could be causing this?

Like I said first time dwc,I didn't know there was a meter to check oil on your plants. Lol. I know what u mean I'm a soil grower just wanted to try something new.

I have seen this only once. It was on a blue widow freebie seed and the guy had the same thing happen. Except it was later in flower and it started spreading to the whole plant. He eventually had to chop the plant. Hopefully this isnt the case with yours. Im no dwc expert but usually the culprit is brown slime. My advice to you is to jump over to heisenburgs thread on brown slime. Hes a fucking genius with water. I dont know if hes around these days but it looks like your in need of a "bat signal". Read the last, say fifty pages of his thread and figure out who knows their shit and is adding to the thread regularly. Then deploy the bat signal. Use the @ button and @in the members you want to talk to. Hopefully their still around or log in in time to save you. @Heisenberg is a good place to start although ive always been scared to @ him because hes kind of a ledgend. But i already did for ya. If hes around hell know what to do. Now go find more people to @ in and they might be able to help. Good luck and i hope it works out for ya. Fuck me, i was going to ask if the branch looks like its been broken. Shoulda asked first before i called heisenburg. Thats kinda what a dead branch looks like...but i figured youd have noticed if it was busted real bad.

Well they look good so far minus the cumbleing and dying branch ;) i dont think its the way youve been feeding them anyway.

Seems pretty singular to me? Almost like a small portion the roots were disturbed at some point considering it is only on that one top and it is at the very top of that branch. Does it seem like your roots are soft/breaking down in the reservoir? If it spreads to the rest of the plant, you likely have Pythium or some sort of root rot. At this current point, I wouldnt worry too hard, but be mindful of your root health. Other than that, they look great.

Also, I wanted to mention to keep your reservoir oxygenated with bubblers if you arent already. You need a ppm meter asap also. Your plants will take up water and nutes at different rates which can leave your reservoir nute levels "hot". If you just keep topping off your res with nutes (even at 5ml per Gal) to an already hot res because your plant transpired more and used more water, you will have a higher ppm spike every time you top off eventually causing your plants to "lock out" nutrient uptake and/or burning them. I dont believe this to be the case at the moment but is food for thought considering you dont have a ppm/tds meter.

I've been watching then for the last few hours and seems to be that one cola,on the top only. The rest off the stem going down is doing great.
