I think i might have a phosphorus def any advice welcome

Ok so I am using GH 3 part with regular tap water which comes in about 233 ppm and with the nutes is 750 ppm. I'm using 2.5 ml/gal of all three parts. This is my first time trying hydro my previous few grows have all been soil. Any advice or help is welcomed. From doing some research I thought it was a phosphorus def but I just wanted to get some other peoples input. thanks heres some pictures.

Yeah that looks like phosphorous.

Problems with Phosphorus being locked out by PH troubles
Cold wet soils, acid or very alkaline soils, compacted soil.
