Heres the specifics.

Bagseed of unknown strain,
been flowering for about 7-8 weeks
Growing in soil.
Strange white growths coming from within the bud and browning pistils.

Can anyone confirm or allay my fears.

I presume if it is hermie I'm going to have to clean out the growroom thoroughly as well :(

Its been separated from the others for the moment.

yes it is a hermaphrodite...if the pollen has already been dispersed it has most likely pollinated itself....same thing happened to me...only i did not let the "bananas" open. every morning i would scan the entire plant and pull off the bananas with some tweezers..i then lightly mist the plant with water so that if i missed any of the pollen it would deactivate

Yeah it's a hermie for sure. My gut, if it were mine, would say kill it. If it were my only plant, I'd keep going because it looks tasty, but you don't want it to pollinate the rest of your FMs. If it's already pollinated the rest of your girls then there's no point in killing it. If you see seeds growing on the rest of your plants, it's too late and you would be killing the herm for no reason. If it hasn't spewed any pollen yet, and you're sure, get rid of it. If you have a friend that doesn't live close to you, take it to them and make them give you half the yield. lol. On another note, a sign of a pollinated plant is the browning of the pistils before the buds are mature. I'm no seasoned vet so don't hold me to it. Maybe someone else could tell you for sure if it's already dumped it's wad.

I thought that might be the case, I first noticed it a couple of days ago but was unsure. I've chopped it now and hung it up to dry out, with any luck I'll still get some kind of smoke out of it. In the meantime I'll keep my fingers crossed that it didnt pollinate the others, I certainly havnt noticed any yellow dust floating around, but then again theres that much ventilation in the room its impossible to guess whats floating around in there.

If you guys don't mind Ill post some pics of my White rhino tomorrow to get some opinions on wether thats been turned or not. I have some thai x super skunk in the same room in early flowering but they're showing no bollocks yet. The Rhinos much more developed however and I mght have missed the gonads.

+reps to all those who replied!

I got no idea why she may have turned but I think heat may have something to do with it, usually my temps are pretty steady at 25C or about 80ish F but recently its been pretty warm here and temps have crept up by 5 degrees or so, the seed was originally from a bag with outdoor grow seeds in it so I guess the ambient temps may have tipped it over the scale. :-?

Theres definitely no light getting into the box during the daytime, its locked down tight with multiple layers of cloth tape and indian throws! And I have a 5 inch tubular fan sucking air through 24/7 plus a rotating fan to push air around and keep the CO2 fresh under the leaves.

My white rhino which was in the same box however seems to be loving the heat and humidity! I can't see any balls on it but maybe someone with a better eye for them than me will tell me different. Are them pistils going brown or orange?
