i think i burned the leaves?

leaves look burned to me but im using fluorescent bulbs, it started on the bottom leaves first..

almost the top leaves


any advice on how to make it stop??

how often have u watered and are u using nutes ?
what ph is the water?
how old are these seedlings?

its about 3 months old
I water about every week or when the soil is dry, no nutes except for some vitamin b1 plant starter cause i transplanted it.
and i dont have a ph meter, low on funds.

Well ya need nutes, it should have been getting em for a while now. How would you like to go that long without food? Not trying to sound rude, but ya got to feed your plants.

Too me they look burned (too much food), don't know how to help you though, in hydro I would flush.
