I really fucked up my feeding schedule

Hey guys. I’m just about through week 11 since switch. My northern lights is behind the rest and leaves are all so pale and famished looking. I know I messed up with my feedings(stopping to early then feeding again, but most likely to diluted). I have given NL somewhat concentrated feedings last 2 waterings. Things have seemed to come to a halt and needing some advice on what to do... I really don’t want to cut her yet, doesn’t seem ripened....

Well I’m not sure. To me, the NL looks like it still needs a week, maybe more to me but I’m a newb lol still has white pistils although some are receding. My other 3 plants look super close so I’m not as worried about them. Funny thing is the other 3 plants leaves look healthier than what I’m thinking is a problem plant. I have given it instruction doses my last 2 feedings. Oops maybe? Lol
 
Ok thanks guys for your help. I will reduce the nutes. I’m Pretty sure I’ve overwatered it a bit to pump nutes into her. Definitely will let her dry up before next watering prob in 3-4 days ish. All plants have been taking less water the past week or 2 I have found...

They look done to me.
All I know is that the longest bloom I ever experienced was a 12 week Jack Herer (never again) and that was almost pure Sativa.
Take photos with the lights off, but I'd bet their done.

Wow... really. She’s still got white pistils. Looking at my others it seems she still has some time left but then again, I am late in flower Day 76 since switch. I will post pics with lights lights off in the morning. It does seem to me the NL needs more to time to ripen up and what not.
 
I didn’t make it down for pics before lights came on so I will try again tonight right after lights go out. Thanks so much for all the help guys! Im glad to know it’s most likely not as much of a problem as I was thinking lol
