Hello everyone. I am from Asia. My city's latitude is similar to that of Houston. Every day in the summer light about 13-14 hours. I have been growing indoors. But I wanted more, so I decided to grow outdoors. I want know, my city can only grow auto flower outdoors? After all, outdoor lighting time is too short. Such a short sunshine time will have a good harvest? thank you!

Autoflowers or photoperiod will both work fine. Id go with indica autoflowers and lots of them. As they will not recieve 18 hrs light they will remain small but high quality.
Or, put in direct sunlight throughout day and under lights at night!

Go with a good photoperiod strain, not an auto. Look up where the best strains come from, and see how much daylight is there. Most I've found have similar light times as you say you have. Not the same, but close. A little research goes a long way.

You will be ok outside with photo or auto. Just be sure to plant photo's early in the season. The plants can tell the days getting longer and shorter and will do what they need to do naturally. Cant beat the sun when it comes to a light source.

4-5 months a year, time 13-14 hours a day of sunlight. However, 1/3 of the time in the rain in the month. I think it is very difficult for outdoor planting.Sun exposure time may be insufficient
