I need to change my lights to a different on/off time

Does anybody know how to do this with flowers? I have a 6 hour shift....would the miss an hour a day? Please help + rep.

What are your ON/OFF times now?
What do you wish to change them to?
When do you want the change to be ready for??

I'm having trouble with some of this but, no. In my unqualified opinion, one hour either way won't matter in the long run. As long as the cycle is consistent. Anyway, it sounds like you don't have a choice.

Edit: By an hour I mean 11/13 or 13/11.

Get a timer and don't worry about it.

just change it and go with it.
Don't put a clock in
the grow room and the girls will never know.

that is what I thought. It gets too cold to be dark at night. I want a 6 hour change, the environment is wrong.
