I need some guidance

Greetings All,

Well here I am in search of whats the best way to work with what I got. The only problem is Ive never come across the components to be able to grow my own bud, all that changed today. Only problem is Im not entirely sure what I have and what I can use.

Id first like to identify what I have, and then Id like to go on and get some input on what would be the best way to put the things to use. I don't have alot of space to devote to the project but I do have an entire closet and maybe even the room I was going to designate my office. Although Im a newb, Im not an idiot, so I welcome the ideas and I wanna get this project started ASAP. So I guess the first things first is to ID all this stuff. Would appreciate some help, I know I got some Lights, Air Pumps, Tubing, Air Stones...but Id like some specifics. Id also like to know if those lights will require a ballast. They have regular 120V plugs on them, but Id figure id ask.

Looks like you got most of the parts of a DWC system.

The lights look to be a 125w cfl ballast/hood combo, and a 250w HPS ballast
hood combo.

The black mat is a heatmat used for cloning/seedlings, helps give them some
extra warmth.

The large black netpots look like they're the ones designed to go on top of the
5 gallon buckets are are really useful/resuable.

The rest looks like some temp guages, air pumps, co2 tank, rockwool blocks, and
timers. Not sure what the white thing is next to the timers, or the green bottles
next to the air pumps.

If you got yourself a bit of hydroton and some working bulbs you'd be ready to go
for the most part with a DWC setup.

I took the liberty of getting a few more things and building a few other things in order to make this work. I took a 18G Rubbermaid, Painted it Black, Taped it, Put 4 Large Air Stones in it, Put that 8 Plug Air Pump on, Capped off 4 of them...Got some seeds of Sour Diesel, Haze, Organic Purps, and 2 bag seeds.

Im about to start Germination.

I will fill the jug with 18 Gallons of Distilled Water. I picked up some Fox Farm Big Bloom and some Fox Farm Grow Big, Got the Hydroton. I also built a grow chamber to the dimensions of 2.5x3...Painted the Inside Walls White, Hung the 250W HPS w Ballast.

Pics to come shortly, I just gotta get my camera cord back. Hows this all sound?

Here at the Photos, I built a 2.5x3 Chamber out of Sheets of plywood and some 2x4s I got together, painted it white, and started the seeds germination today as well. Any suggestions on what I could use as a door or what I could put in the front?

Yeah looks good, just make sure there's no light leaks into your chamber
or that can cause hermies. If need be use some caulk to seal up those
corners.

I wouldn't block off any of the air ports, run them all to the res if you want
it's only gonna give you more DO.

Are you going to be doing a scrog?
