I Need some advice

Hey everyone, I need some advice on growing. I have an Indica plant, shes about 14 inches tall and I started to flower her. I veg'd her inside under grow lights. Im flowering her outside because its starting to stink. I leave her outside for 12 hours then bring her into the dark room for the next 12. My question is? Do plants need more water during Flowering, or is it the same as veg?( wait till the top soil crusts and is dry about an inch deep)
 
I think they may consume a bit more in flower as they are bigger and typically the weather is a tad warmer...but always let the plant/soil tell you when it needs water

Imo yes you just wait until the top is dry ive heard they need a little more water during flower also make sure you change your fertilizer to something nitrogen free as nit encourages veg growth i try to find something like 0-15-0 for flower. Good growin.
 
LOL- She will def. need more H20 during flowering but how much only SHE can tell you.
Dont make the mistake of thinking you need to water every other day or something like that.... the two inches deep is a good rule of thumb, but soil is almost always wet under that two inches unless you have not watered in days....
 
Also good call on the indoor at night.... I did the same thing last outdoor grow, but not this time as I have no more indoor space for that,, unless I break out my grow tent and thats a whole other production in itself.

Isnt flowering outdoors just a gift to witness ???

Its is amazing. How are those grow tents? Are they as good as people say they are?

Grow tents are def. a challenge............ Lights, water, nutes, dark,,,, all things that must be strictly adhered to to get a nice grow...
My 1st indoor I got 182 grams from 6 plants.... Keep in mind I didnt top or LST them period..
400 w indoor MH, HPS

How so in my few grows(also read a shitpile) ive found the best way to judge when to water is simply when they are dry. And Im not sure if its the strain im growing but i get nute burn when i go with high numbers with fertilizers i like to keep all my numbers under 20 in veg then only give phos during flower and i get fast buds....

I'm sure the bad advice was advising no N or K during flower.

Nitrogen is vital to all plant life,at all stages of growth.Why would you stop feeding during flowering?Maybe a 3-7-4 would've been better or even 15-30-15.It is probably the strain you have.I want to see your only phos fed,fast buds.....pics??peace
 
The first time I got bud I put them out in the morning and took them in at night. It took a while but in the end me and my friends figured it was the 12/12 shedule I had them on. I was having lots of problems with thieves and cops so that's why I grew that way. I grew them in plastic shopping bags(taping the top) which made it easy to carry several at a time. I needed my garden mobile:). So the result of all this harrasment led to me and my buds getting on to growing good bud right here in Canada. We can only thank the RCMP.

If i had pics id post them, i didnt really have a cam for past grows and never really documented... ill post pics of this grow when its done. I also forgot to mention my soil has a decent npk ratio thats why i think using only phos is what works seeing as it is already 4-4-4(i mix this at a 50/50 ratio with normal ol topsoil and perlite) then i add my phos. This grow is gonna be the same im kind scared to wander to far from what has worked in the past. I would assume tho that without my dr earth that i may have a slight n-k deficiency so maybe my advice is only applicable if your using a soil that already has n-k . So i see how that could be taken as bad advice i didnt elaborate enough and its situation specific.(Btw when i say fast buds i mean typically 2 months) Also when it comes to the strain im growing ive been growing the same reg strain for a while now(this is my second grow all on my own,5th or 6th altogether) but my reg strain comes out looking and smelling like chronic and has a nice little high too as i hope this one will and ive always used the same techniques so it does work, is it the best way, probably not, do i get crystally fat nugs , absolutley.
