Here is a collection of PLAGURISED material which i have put together as the method which i plan grow with. I am in no way tryin to pass this off as my own and would like to attribute most of it to ROSEMAN. anyways....
TIPS....
LET ALL WATER SIT FOR 24hrs before use(to loose chlorine)
ALL RES WATER & NUTES TO BE BETWEEN 5.5-6.5 (PH DOES NOT have to be spot on)
Ec goes up, PH goes down=plants require less nutes.
Ec goes down, PH goes up=Plants require more nutes
Ec stable, PH goes up=Equilibrium=Good thing.
When you over feed a plant, the leaf tips curl downward or curl UNDER and YELLOW or RUST, or get SPOTY, and eventually get crispy.
When a plant is HUNGRY and being under-fed, the leaf tips Curl UP and turn brown. IF they start yellowing, then drain half the water out and replace it with clean pHed water.
SPROUTING SEEDS
Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250ppm
Take your plate and bowl and run boiling hot water all over them to kill any germs, you should do this to the paper towels also making sure they don't fall apart. Then squeeze the paper towel until it does not drip water unless you squeeze it a little.
Take the 1 or 2 sheets of paper towel and carefully fold them into quarters until they fit into the bottom of the plate. Turn the bowl upside down and place it over the plate, the paper towel should not stick out around the outside of the bowl.
When the paper towels reach room temperature, remove the bowl and place the seeds on top of the damp towel then cover them with the other wet paper towel, and cover them with the bowl again. The plate and bowl should be dark enough to block sunlight or kept in a dark area or covered to block sunlight and stored in an area that is clean and warm. Do NOT have the papertowel soaking wet with a puddle of water in the plate. Just have the paper towel very wet, but do not have the seeds resting in a puddle of water.
Check daily and add small quantities of ph'd water when needed to keep moist.
Seeds average 6 to 8 days to germinate, sometimes it takes only 3 or 4 days, soemtimes as long as 12 days.
Preparation
prepare tote(cut holes for net pots/air pump)
clean grow tent and with room cleaner with a thick paper towel full of vinegar(rinse with ph neutralised water 6.0) Then wipe them dry again.
soak air stones 4 to 8 hours in ph 5.9(wiegh air stones down with fishing waits) and rockwool cubes in pH water of 4.5 to 5.0(5.0 ideal) 24hrs .
rinsing tanks and bucket very good with hot water, they have to be clean, then rinsing them again by wiping them down with a thick paper towel full of vinegar .
Then wipe them dry again.
rinse the hydroton ROCKS ten times and after you are sure you got all the dust rinsed off, then soak the hydroton in pH balanced water before adding it to your cups 24hrs. In each cup, put the rocks one inch deep. Then sit the cube in the center of the cup. try to put the cube in the center, closer to the bottom than the top of the cup
Fill res's with ph'd 5.5-6.5 water. You go by leaving a two inch air pocket between the bottom of the cups and the top of the water line.
Then, a day later, you pH test the water, and add pH UP or pH DOWN to a 1/12 (of the volume of the res) of water and add that 1/12 of water to the tank. Then remove a 1/12, leaving 12/12
sort the drip feed to the netpot
Construct the scrog, the holes should be 2" squares and around 8" from the top of the res

Seeds Paper 2 Rockwool
Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250ppm
When you see a root a half inch long, it is ready to place in the center of your rockwool cube with some very clean tweezers.
Seeds average 6 to 8 days to germinate, sometimes it takes only 3 or 4 days, soemtimes as long as 12 days
Cover cups with a polythene plate to protect roots
Vegging 18 hrs light 6 hrs dark(6500k)
Vegging:Seedlings, Early Sprouts (First 7 days)
Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250ppm
Vegging:At that point the screen is nothing more than a support system for the plant. Normally one would veg a plant till the screen is 70-80 percent full before switching over to the flowering cycle. flowering her with much less of the screen filled for a nice stunted hybrid or indica. Timing has alot to do with scrog.
about a week later, 6 to 7 days, you will have your first node of leaves. A "node of leaves" means two opposing leaves, one across from the other.
and you may have only added 1/4 packet of nutes or 1/4 dose of nutes to the tank at the end of the first week IF you saw two full leaves, besides those FIRST two round ones, the cotyledons .
Add 1/4 packet or 1/4 dose of nutes (Grow and Micro nutes) to a 1/6, pH adjust that one 1/6 and add it to the tank. If you are way over 12/12, remove some water. New born babies are born hungry, but not ready for a full meal deal.
DAILY TASKS
CHECK PPM
10F-15F difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures and you risk shocking and stressing the plants. You want a 10 degree difference between LIGHTS ON and LIGHTS OFF temps. In general the optimal daytime temperature for plant growth is between 70F -75F
40-50% humidity for Vegging
The best range that your reservoir can be between is 60F-75F. Ideally the reservoir temperature should be at 65F because this level contains the most oxygen
Once a day, every day, you check the water level and pH I adjsut my pH to close to 6.0 everyday, and every day it goes to 7.0, and I adjust it back down .5.....usually twice, in 8 hour intervals
once a day, soak my wash clothes, roll them up tight and lay them on the tanks, to help increase humidity and to block light from shining on the reservoir lids. I also put cups of water on the lids too.
AFTER the first week, the water is still fresh
Early Vegging:7-21days
Early Vegging 300 to 400ppm
As they grow, about every other day to every 2 days during the second week, you add another 1/4 packet, until you have used a full dose or full packet of nutes.
add one dose of GROW and MICRO nutes, shake and stir it good, before adding it.
AFTER 14 days from germination, you do the first DRAIN AND REPLINISH Full Dose of nutes. Then, again, every 7 to ten days you DRAIN AND REPLINISH FULL DOSE OF NUTES GROW and MICRO. I do a complete DRAIN AND REPLINISH weekly, every Saturday afternoon.
BUT, every Wednesday, half way through the week and if I have the extra time, I drain the tank into a bucket, pH test the bucket and adjust it, and then, after ten minutes of having an empty tank AND LETTING THE ROOTS GET AN AIR BATH, I add it right back to the tank. That way I did not use ANY EXTRA NUTES or too many nutes, but I did give the roots an air bath.
You will see a RAPID GROWTH SPURT the very next day.
Pulling It Back Through: Okay, so you've got some growth through the screen. Should have about 3-4 inches aye?Reach under the screen and pull that branch back under the screen and place it where you want it to be. Even if it takes tying it in place with the plastic twisty ties (very loose, not tight).

Full Vegetation:21-35days (or screen is 70-80%)
Full Vegetation 450 to 700ppm
After 3 weeks, they will start drinking one half gallon a day. Around the 4th to 5th week, they will be drinking a full gallon a day.
WEEKLY TASKS
If the leaf is in the way of light for a bud site. Then it needs to be removed. Its usually when I do a training session. Right afterwards. This trims away leaves and allows the new sites to get light. Use good judgement when trimming. To much is not a good thing here. For the sake of your beloved plant.
Trimming continues into flowering ending during the later stages. I have found it not to be harmful at all to remove large fan leaves from buds during flowering. If they are blocking light to other bud sites near by. Its all about light penetration and bud sites in a scrog but once again. Dont go crazy with it.Remember theres are going to be alot more branching when flowering kicks in high gear. So allow some room for that as well. Lesser buds that are now exposed to more light are then encouraged to grow upwards toward the screen through some leaf triming.

BLOOM 12Hrs Light 12Hrs Dark(2700k)
Early Blooming 35-49days
Early Blooming 750 to 950ppm
Unless instructed otherwise don`t change to a flowering feed as soon as you change to a flowering light cycle. Plants take time to respond to light changes and will continue to require the extra nitrogen missing in most flowering feeds until growth has slowed and flowering begun. This usually take around 2 weeks.

Final Week(63-70days)
Whatever nutrient you use you should always stop feeding at least 10 days before harvest. Only give plants pH balanced water from then on. Doing this will help "flush" the nutrients out the plant and produce better tasting and better burning buds.

harvest buds and hang to dry until the stalks SNAP! remove bud from large stalks and place in a glass jar for 10-14days.
I am wondering if there is anything wrong with this method and i am in need of some help with nutrients as i dont think i can grasp the concept of it all....abit to stoned
thanks again
