i need help.....

I have 8 plants and the bottom two leave are turning yellow, and some of the leaves at the edge are turning brown.....what can i do to fix this......here are the pics

They look like they might be getting a little too much water. Also might want to get them closer to the light or give them more light...they look a bit leggy.
