I need help with my phototron

I just got a phototron and it came with 6 biax lights, a 25w bulb for germinating, 2 bottles of feed and whatnot, and a timer. I planned on buying the Feed-A-Tron ll and some medium (not sure what medium to go with) but just yesterday I heard that organic medium is easy and cheap. I also want to buy a fan system for it.

If there's any tips or anything I should get please let me know.

Also, what medium should I go with, and should I use the chemicals or should I go organic?
