I need help with a rootbound plant

I have about an 8 foot Lemon Haze that is rootbound to the pot. I need help getting it out of the pot without hurting or killing it. Any ideas or any kind of help will be appreciated.
 
Just take a hack saw and cut the bottom off if its root out the roots will hold the dirt in place as you lower it into a hole.

Be careful not to cut to deep or u can damage roots

So just cut the bottom off the pot it's in and put it into a bigger pot with the rest of the old pot still on it?
 
If u are doing pot to pot don't dig a hole and set in. Just cut off bottom and place on top of new full pot the roots will grow down into it.
