I need help setting up my ballast to my mogel and the extension cord. Please help!!!

Spend $200 and go buy a real light off amazon. Shit you can get a 400 w digital ballast and hood 2 bulbs hanger and a timer for $150. What you have is a fire hazard

no, there is a capacitator, a mogul, an ignitor, and a ballast. without all these components, you have nothing more than a paperweight.
in making sure you were not setting up a rick roll, i noticed you were not far from burning man. you kill a few brain cells or something? i would delete your previous post for its identifying info if nothing else.
