the reason they are growing so slow is because of the lights they are under, nowhere near enough. you wanna be looking at getting her under more light then making the switch. i can see its wanting to flower now.

if its in a big enough pot then you might want to add a lot more light for a week then go 12/12 ,if your going to use only cfl's get a range of color temps like some 3000k and some 6500k the biggest watt you can find. i know lowes and home depot have a 300 watt cfl for $16 dollars grab 2 of them and 2 daylight 6500k i think they say 42 watts on them but there are only 13 watts.

Well a hps would be preferable for flowering, u can pick up a decent 1 for around 70-80 notes im sure.
What you are doing for vegging seems to be fine but i would add more to that also.

Idealy, if growing with CFL's alone, you need at least 75-100 watts per plant. When purchasing cfls from a department store make sure you go by the Flouro Wattage, not the coverted incandescent wattage (ex 26w cfl = 100 w incandescent) so you would need at least 3 of these per plant. Also keep in mind each plant needs a minimum of 3000 - 3500 lumens to grow. Keep the CFL's no more than 2 inches from the plant b/c lumens drastically decrease with anything over that distancs. I would recommend going to home depot and getting 2 4 ft. 40 watt flouro ballasts ($10 bucks each) and a few cfls's for supplemental lighting. each 4 ft ballast can hold 2 bulbs at 40 watts each. Put your plant directly under the middle of the bulbs with the cfl's around the plant. do at least 400 w (160 from 4 footers and the rest in cfls's) and you should be fine. hope that helps.

oh... wait do not buy that light. the isn't even a flourescent light... it is an incandescent. that light is worthless. you MUST have flouro's if you are not using an HID lamp.

Honestly Isaac you shouldn't be growing any plants yet. What you should have been doing is researching growing techniques, lighting, and been saving money to set up a better closet grow. With the knowledge your lacking in lighting, it just shows that you aren't prepared. That being said, you've already started a plant and it's time to either cull it or spend the money required to grow it in more proper conditions. You want at least 4 42watt daylight/6500k cfl bulbs for veg. I would say after buying those lights to veg the plant under them 24 hrs a day for at least a month before you flower em. If I come off as rude, I apologize, but I just don't understand why people don't research deeply into a subject, before jumping into it.
