i need help on a few things like Sog and my cab i built Please.

I got past my first crop 21g dry with cfls thanks to the r.i.u crew. Anyway on to my questions my cab is 36in high by 36in length and 18 in across and i have a 150 watt hps from htg supply hanging down 6 in from the top. Now heres where i get confused a bit my 150w pushes heat hard so i set up a fan to blow just on that towrds the exhaust and then another fan right under it to keep my intake going while blowing on the stems. now even with these fans going also my exhaust is through the top of the cab the temps still reach high 80s and lows 60s. no beans in there though until i can figure this out. im sorry for the to much to read club i have to many questions and still.need sog advice

Now with sog i need to know if this could be done with the 150w. if i got a 5 pack of fems and had 1 northern lights mother is it possible to take 5 clippings each week to ensure 2 of them root then wait a week and repeat. now im not looking for heavy harvests but alot of small ones so if i kept about 8 clones in rototation under the 150 in 1gallon pots. im trying to basically crop every 2 weeks. Anyone whos done this before PLEASE help im hitting a road block
