I need help about cfl with my newly planted germinated seed

I planted my germinated seed today in soil and put a 14 watt cfl about 1 inch obove the pot will tht be enough for it to sprout??? Please respond soon.

my gut feeling is no, but then again im still about to start my first grow but just to let you know i plan on using 2x24w bulbs, even if the 14w bulb sprouts the plant it wouldn't be enough to sustain it throughout the seedling and veg stage so your going to have to switch anyway might as well do it now to be on the safe side. would be nice if someone who had experience with a similar wattage could share their experience

Well im building a great grow box with a hps 150 watt system and this is just to sprout it then ill put it in my new one(: but thank anyways bro
