I messed up pretty bad

So I am using Bubbletonics and I changed the rez 2 days ago and put 5 gal of water and nutes in there. They literally drank 5 gal. of water in 2 days and ran dry. Now they look horrible. What do I need to do? Please and thank you.

I'm not a scientist or a hydro guy, but I'm going to go with watering them as your first step. Good luck getting the system back up.

Lol I watered them ASAP. I just want to know if they will come back or not. It worries me because the branches are bent badly and the main stem have a good size slit in it. Damn

Tape that crack in the stem up, and she will probably be ok.
