but this shows me that guys that did it before could use a hand as well.I have 2 questions...The first>If my water level drops in my res but the ppm stays the same or goes up slightly,What are my babies trying to tell me?The second Question> What is the proper ppm for 2 week old plants?Mine are sitting at 300 ppm and 5.8 (last time I checked)using fox farm "grow Big".You can also refer to my grow journal,plenty of pics and info

usually if your ppm rises then your girls are using more water than nutes if it stays the same they are using equal nutes and water. if it drops using more nutes than water with each of these

ppm stable - keep your nute strength the same
ppm rises - reduce concentration
ppm falls - increase strength

unsure of ppm for 2weeks

im not on hydro but i do know what the ppm count means

I would veg about 600-800 ppm. I clone at 450 and veg up to 900. But each system, strain, and grow vary. I am liking the Fox Farms nutrients myself. And jd explained the ppms well. Grow em BIG!
