I make the sauce - my friend provides the oil. I don't partake in edibles, this batch we used 10ML, he said it needs to be stronger so next batch will be 15ML.
Sorry, I don't know anything about the process of making the actual oil - just the hot sauce.

Sweet man. Let your friend know he can convert his flower into extract, and put that into oil or the sauce for extra kick and better flavor.

I'm not sure what the process is - they make edibles so it's the same oil or whatever they use for the edibles
