I Know This is a Can of Worms! What Constitutes an Indoor Grow?

Just what constitutes indoor gardening in juxtaposition to greenhouse for example? This is a United States Northern West Coast controversy right now as (now that it's legal) outdoor growing is being banned in some of the prime growing ares of Southern Oregon and Northern California. Just what constitutes an indoor grow? Is there a certain amount of structure IE: 2x4s and insulation required? Is it an enclosed greenhouse with supplemental lighting and odor control? Could a small grow in the back of an old Dodge van be considered indoor? Where do we go from here?

Id think it would have to be closed in on all 6 sides and have doors...in-doors. Probably so you cant see inside either. But im sure that the legislation will define the word indoor for you guys if it goes though.

Yes, We will have to wait for the "Deciders" to tell us. I've listened to some of the Deciders audio meeting provided by the OLCC on testing and pesticides and such. For as educated as these people profess to be at the beginning of the meetings, they seem clueless on the facts of Mj farming. I don't believe that there is much hands on experience in the room.

The county that I live in says that for it to be considered an indoor grow the structure must have a concrete floor, solid walls and roof, dedicated power, and all of this must go through the permitting and inspection process.

Edit : I live in Cali.

What county?

Tulare. No outdoor growing allowed. Luckily, I live out in the country and the sheriff department is fairly lax on enforcement if plant counts are low and nobody is complaining. They flew over several times this year but didn't mess with my 3 plants. No way that they missed them.
