I Just Got A Plant From A Friend I Need Some HELP!

Not sure how old it is looks like a female its very small like 8 inchs tall and has alot of budds really thick tell me what you guys think!? How long can i let it grow? I have it under a CFL at night in my room. Is it okay to put it outside as well in direct sunlight until it turns dark then back to CFL?

Well to me, it looks like its already flowering, im a noob but i think it is.
if thats the case you want a 12/12 light cycle, one cfl isn't very good for one plant..
how many watts is the cfl? not incandescent but the real watt?
to keep it in budding, like i said 12 hours on 12 hours off, and a minimum of 70 watts should be used for one plant specially at that age

Oh yeah and i think that droopy leaves usually mean over-watering, because the leave tips arent yellowing or anything..
only water when the top inch of soil is dry

Female... not enought light possible too much water.
Already in flower so 12/12 lights as stated above and more wattage.
cant go outside at mo. wrong time.
Looking at that plant its had some abuse .... aint going to get much bigger and prob niether are the buds much.
