I just ate a 2oz scoop of mint-chocolate ganja ice cream

I took 1.5 oz. of my trim from last harvest and simmered it for 75 minutes at 192•F in 20oz. organic heavy cream. This was stirred every ten minutes. This was strained through coarse, then fine wire mesh. The trim was put into 10oz. organic half/half and simmered 20 more minutes. It was screened, and then squeezed through a cheese cloth. The cream and half/half were combined and 3g honey oil added and whisked in.

1 cup hersheys special dark cocoa, 1 cup sucanat, and 2/3 cup organic cane sugar were whisked into the liquid. 1 cup organic whole milk as stirred in with 2 tsp organic vanilla extract and 1.5 tsp mint extract. This was then put into a gallon ziploc and placed into the freezer to chill. I squished this around every five minutes untill it was cold.

This all went into the freezer bowl on my icecream maker. It churned 34 minutes and went into a Tupperware and into deep freeze.

One week later now, I just ate 1/20th of the total volume at 12 noon est..
As I type this my screen is blurring and I can't read the clock on my cable box eight feet away. It has been twenty minutes. Sleep or psychadelia here I come.
 
It tastes like thin mint girlscout cookies and pot.

It is almost black from the cocoa used.

I'm pretty mellow. It's been 4 hours since I first felt anything. I'm quite sedate but not sleepy. I made a song on the fly and felt quite creative. My mouth is beyond dry and nothing takes away the cottonmouth. My eyes aren't red but they feel overinflated. My vision is really distorted.
 
Damn I just woke up and my lips were glued shut I was so dry. And I had some funky dreams.

I didn't win the super bowl but I'm going to Disney world! Spaced out on space mountain.
 
so you added oil in addition to the trim? would there be any changes to the recipie with regular dairy products as opposed to organic?
