I have questions about ff nute schedule?plz

ok i jus got that new foxfarm trio BIG BLOOM, TIGER BLOOM, AND GROW BIG.....and im tryna understand this feeding chart...it says 1st week 2TBL>>gal, and then week 2, also 2TBL>>gal..... so if im using the same gallon with the first TBL, do i add a second 2TBL to that same gallon or in a new gallon???

you take a gallon jug..add 2TBL of nutes...then add water..feed plant...one week later take the same gallon jug...add 2TBL of nutes..then add water...feed plant...
