the title pretty much says it. A picture would be pointless cause there so small. But when i put my head like 3 inches from the soil i can see alot of them walking around everywhere. There kinda a lighter color, i guess white, and all i can really see is a very small body with 2 little tentacles at the front. this thing is almost micrscopic. I think this is the second time i spotted them in this kind of soil, fox farm ocean forest. i have no idea what to do. ive looked around and cant find anything =( and my prob seems to be getting worst

Get yourself some SPINOSAD and spray the top of your soil and completely making sure it is drenched using it then spray your plants from top to bottom with it.

Do this 3 times 2-3 days apart.

This is a bacteria that once contact is made either through direct contact or ingestion it will kill any living pest in your soil.

It is also called MONTERAY GARDEN INSECT SPRAY

It all depends where you live. If you are in the USA you can just get it from alot of local garden stores i believe.

However i live in the UK and have to pay as much as the SPINOSAD costs just to get it delivered here as it is not an approved insecticide here in the UK.

The spinosad will probably kill any living insects or mites in your medium too.

But IMO i dont want anything crawling in my soil that i didnt put there. I have used predatory mites before. I used Hypoaspis Miles a fungus gnat and thrips predator. Yes predators kill BAD insects and leave the plant alone.

Its up to you wether to leave them there or not. I left mine in my soil, and have had no problems. You could leave them there, but on the other hand it definitley is better to be safe, than to have a crop ruined last minute or something. I use neem oil on my plants once a week as a preventative, and so far nothing bad.
I have 0% experience with spinosad so I can't say much about it, but do some more research and I'm sure you'll figure it out.

I'm pretty sure I have these bugs too. They are tiny as hell, whitish/yellow in color, run around on the soil with their little antennas wiggling all around.... they look like the picture I guess, I’m no entomologist and like I said they are small and fast, hard to get a good look at them. My plants are a week old and look healthy, the bugs don’t seem to touch the plants at all. That said, I would rather not have any bugs. If they are predatory, will they die when they run out of things to eat? What are they even eating? I live in Europe and haven’t seen Spinosad in any store. What is the active ingredient in this spray so I can look for something similar?
