I Have Been Vegging My Plants for 3 1/2 Months

Ok so heres they deal....i have had these 2 plants 3 1/2 months old. I had them indoors for 2 3/4 months and now i've had them outdoors for 3 weeks, & they are still in pots. Which are not even that big maybe 1 gallon guessing but anyways im planning to transplant them to the ground w/ some potting soil. Should they start budding up soon outdoors? or what should i do? should i add nutrients or ferts? What should i be conscerned about? sorry for all the ?'s....just want the Best for my 2 babies: Mary and Jane.

if you have 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness outside then yes they'll start budding up.
