I have a problem with dwc need help!!!!!!!!

I would suggest covering the holes with a piece of plastic so light does not get into your rez, so that only the stem sticks out... know what i mean, if its dwc it wont matter how high your water is as long as its areated I always keep mine half way up the net pots, also make sure your ppms are real real low because their seedlings and make sure your water temps not to high, thats the best I cant tell you with limited info

looks like your temps may be high. what temp are u running at with the light on?

You didn't really state any specifics like temp/humidity/ph/ppm which can be really helpful to people when trying to assist you with diagnosing a problem.
From the look of it I'd have to concur with patjack though, make something to cover the tops of the pots and/or at least makes sure that the net pots are completely filled with grow rocks. It looks like you have the bigger sized ones so it's almost inescapable that somehow light is going to find it's way through. What I used to do was use those plastic disposable plates, cut a u shaped notch in them to fit around the plant(s) and paint/tape them up so light can't penetrate. Something I should also mention, with DWC not only should you worry about light penetrating the reservoir, but always have a good idea of what your res/nutrient temperature as higher temps can also help to harbor those unwanted pathogens like pythium. I always had problems as it relates to reservoir temp with multiple plant tubs, I guess because of the higher volumes of nutrient solution.

During the day the hottest it gets is 75-76 f i dont think its the temp because it usally stays around 70 f. the ppm is 300 using flora nova grow. humidity goes from 50-55 at nite to 60 in the day. the ph i keep it at 5.8-6.0. also the alge isn't in the reservior it only on 1 of my plants medium. and am pretty sure the light isn't getting in the reservior because the roots are white healthy. and thats the problem its only happend to 1 of my plants. I checked them out today after i dropped the water level alittle bit and now they are looking healthy except the 1 with alge on it.
