i have a ? about the lights and switching to 12 12

those are correct. 2700k (reddish spectrum) is better for flowering. i would definitely keep up your vegs lights as well, the more light, the better!

u can use both if u have sockets using both spectrums is good u can even use some of your flower lights in veg
for every 2 of veg bulbs u one flower and when in flower use one veg bulb for every 2 flower bulbs

ok man i have another ? i had to transplant and fix today i had let it get severely water logged no drain holes ( im a greenhorn at this if you cant tell) anyways i put it in better potting soil do i need to water it with fertilizer? it had been waterlogged for about a week and didnt have the proper light..,

so u mean by sockets...just like lamps are whatever i am using to run the bulbs correct...i dont have to have anything fancy just a regular lamp will work right?

no i wouldnt u had no drainage so your nutes if u gave any stayed mostly in soil instead of draining
wait for them to dry out then just water first time then next watering give nutes
