The spider mites are on my small plants and clones. I just sprayed them with azamax, I also have mighty wash. Since I just sprayed them with azamax, how long should I wait to spray them with the mighty wash?? Also the mighty wash which is basically 99.5% water and .5% electrified water, is this still good even though its 2 years old??

i've had very good luck using spinosad 75% of the time, and pyrethin 25%. during veg i spray once a week just to keep anything from getting started. i live in the woods and garden outside, so i'll bring in hitchhikers from time to time. 3 weeks of spinosad, then one week of pyrethin to keep them from becoming immune to the spinosad has kept my garden pretty clean. i'll see a few mite spots from time to time, but they never last

where does it say electrified water? it says pyrethin, which is derived from chrysanthemum flowers......canola oil is probably to make it stick to the mites, and the plant....electrified water is an unstable antioxidant. not much use for plants at all.

Maybe its not electried water then, I just always thought it was. Can you spray this on flowering plants late into flowering?

no, you can't spray anything on plants in flower, unless you want to end up smoking it.
a lot of pesticides will say they can be used to the day of harvest, which has never seemed like a good idea to me, but even then, you aren't burning that produce and inhaling the smoke. most pesticides makers can't even tell you what the result will be, because they weren't designed for that, so they never tested for it.
if you aren't selling or sharing it, do what ever you feel comfortable doing. if you're intending to sell or share that, you might want to let people know what you've put on it, and how long ago.

DE (diatomaceous earth) is about the only thing i would use once flowering has started. it's a mechanical pesticide, the microscopic sharp edges shred soft bodied bugs. it's a dust, so it will make a mess, but it's not toxic.
put it in a bottle that you can "puff" onto the underside of leaves.

I have posted this a lot for all bug problems

The best and safest way to keep your garden bug free is the use of essential oils

Go to local hippie store and purchase neem oil rosemary oil, and peppermint oil

Get a 32 oz spray bottle put half ounce of neem oil in and quarter ounce of peppermint and quarter oz rosemary oil then fill it with warm water 7/8 full add a little dish soap to emulsify the oil and shake and spray on they will die on the first application

It is safe for humans and animals all natural organic way to kill bugs that works better than any chemical you can buy

you'll use it once and never go back

I buy it in bulk and use it on my veggie garden as well

Once you have it just mist your plants once a week until week four of flower and you'll never see bugs again

I've used Captain Jack's and had great results. They were gone after two treatments. I've only had them once though, so I don't have extensive experience with them.

captain jack's works good, same brand i use, but he's asking about in full flower.
i personally would maybe use some DE to slow them down, otherwise, nothing once buds form.
in an extreme situation i might use some spinosad as a root drench, let it work from inside out, but i wouldn't do it without letting that plant sit for a full month afterwards so the spinosad can break down. or i might just say fuck it and shit can the whole thing, clean my room good, and start over...guess it depends on how much weed i had on hand, and how poor i was

I agree. If I got them in late flower, I'd bite the bullet, trash it, treat everything for bugs, and start over.

you are confused my friend
i've tried it myself. maybe i'm just more sensitive to it than some people, but it gives me hives if i get it on my skin, the smell is highly offensive, and i've been able to sucessfully tell people they used it when smoking it, with no prior knowledge that they did, because of the taste, like rancid sesame oil.

I cant stand neem. Try spraying with denatured or isopropyl alcohol at 50% with water. Should be a contact killer and then evaporate.
Spinosad's great but in flower.... I would not.
