can it go from outside to under florecents everynight? and what should i do if new leafs on top start to brown when i'm vegging

come on i need help this my first plant. what should i do about the new top leaf spotting i misted it and is it ok to take them in at night under florecents

Yes you can bring them in at night !!! thats what i did for my first grow helped alot to bring them in at nite !!!
