Well I gave the Cannabutter a go. I used the simmer the butter/weed in water method and simmered a 1/2z of premium bud in 3/4 lbs of butter for three hours. It was all super easy. I wound up with a 1/2 lb a butter that smells pretty potent. So next was the cookies... found a good recipe, got it all goin... and got absolutely wrecked before the first cookie was out of the oven. hahahaha Just from licking my fingers while I was going along. By the time the last cookie was done so was I. Hahahahah...had to hit the couch...where after all of that work it finally hits me: What the fuck am I going to do with 28 pot cookies!!?? Hahahahah Especially when they're probably so potent that they'll have to be eaten in halfs... Anyway, just have to say: if you haven't eaten your weed in some way, shape or form, you just gotta try it.

Doooooo it! Making the butter is easy if you find good directions on here somewhere and just follow along step by step. Think I might try cake or brownies next time. Meanwhile, I've got a shitload of cookies to deal with. Think I'll have to give some away for Christmas...LOL

I just made some psychodelic dark chocolate truffles from a generic recipe using a good semi-sweet dark chocolate . I added minced/dried mango, coconut, both rehydrated with some nice sipping rum, as well as 1/3 cup of coconut cannaoil. Used a small mellon baller to size them and rolled them in cocoa/powdered sugar. Almost forgot the secret ingredient, couple shakes of habenero pepper. Gives a hint of heat at the end of the bite. Then the high grade starts kicking in for another wonderful afternoon of retirement. I'm a little older and my pallet has sophisticated, thats how I roll.
