roots coming through the bottom is no prob. chill.
how big is the pot its in?
how long has it been in that pot?
if a plant is potbound you can tell by turning the pot over...letting the plant come out into your hands and look at the root mass. if the roots are crowded at the bottom and just encircling the pot then it is pot bound and needs a bigger pot. hope that helps
