I can only get soft white CFLs. Can I use them for veg and flower?

I don't live near the city, and there's no Walmart around. I could only find one store to get some CFL bulbs from (other stores are pretty far away). I live pretty far out there. I also don't have a credit card or Paypal.

So the store near me only sells soft white CFLs. I searched the entire section, only soft whites. Asked the guy, nobody could answer me.

So can I just stick with the soft whites for the whole process?
