I use LED to start my plants for about a month til the weather is decent enough to put them in my garden. I'm 20m above sea level and a block away from the ocean so this year I'm probably going to finish them 12/12 inside under the same 300w's once bud rot season arrives.

I’ve circled the uv spectrum for you a little goes a long way. Learn your light spectrum uv starts at 10 nm to 400nm.
Bro, that's not UV. Learn your light spectrum :P This is UV:

54 watt Agromax Pure UV. A little does go a long way, but there isn't even a little in your chart there. UV does go 10 - 400 nm, but the 10-300 part is useless because it kills life. UV/A UVB go 300 - 400. Your chart starts at 380 and clearly has no UV.. anybody who wants real UV, add 54 watts of agromax pure uv bulb per 1000 watts, that will bump you up to 4-5% UV, prime for bonus resin production. Connect it to an independent switch because you don't want it on when you're in the room.

Uvb is 280-310nm

Actually it WILL grow you a plant or two .... Everybody starts somewhere. So as your initial buy , it will do what's it gonna do. If you stay serious about growing , you will out grow that led panel.

I started with CFL / BLURPLE ... Etc.
I Even STILL use my Vipar ( yes people talk shit ) but that god damn panel got me some dank weed ( perfect for my needs ) . Try not to focus on the negative .... The REAL TEST is " how well " your plants will thrive and reach flower with your growing experience.

Hovering / Over Watering / Over feeding / PH / Temps / Bugs and a whole shitload of problems will come and go thruout your grows. Lights are important but growing the damn plant without problems is the greater issue.

Good luck.
Hell, I started out
Uvb is 280-310nm
Yes, but rounded to 300-400 just in reference to a chart that was posted that didn't begin until 380

I'm a new grower and I bought my gear already, including a blurple LED light. 450w Meizhi.

My plants are doing great (except for one, which I pulled) so far. Healthy as heck. Perhaps not growing quite as fast as some I have seen in grow journals, but I am not going for the Cannabis Cup.

After reading through the LED threads, I see that I have made a huge mistake (according to many). "Should have gone COB", "you need a QB", etc.

So, is this thing going to grow me some bud, or what? I'd be interested to hear from people who have actually grown with blurples.
How is your search for a light going? And how are your plants doing?

I decided to build a DIY COB with 5 Citizen 1212 90CRI 3500k. Ordered the COBs and gathering other parts. In no rush to get it built.

My plants are doing great (in my opinion). Switched to 11/13 lighting 22 days ago.

High to all- I've been running outdoor since my pops schooled me back in 01-02 when I was in High school. Since 2015 I decided to give indoor a run and see what I could do. I've been experimenting indoors with LED's now: I received two "Mars Hydro II" 900's (450 true watts) when ordering there TS3000 so i got them free. I added a 300 watt COB in flowering to bring some bright white light to the mix in a 5x5, lights at very top of the tent (80 inches). It definitely helped compared to just the blurple; my plants are definitely getting taller where i needed a second level trellis. It makes me wonder if one of those QB's would make that big of a difference? Considering I've got 1 unopened Mars Hydro II 900 (450 watts) that's been in closet since I was blessed with these free lights. Any input would be appreciated...

RN Running Relentless's "Frosted cherry cookies" - Archive's "Tropical Fusion" - Clearwater's "Mint Smash" - Bulletproof's "Double Impact" - Exotic Genetix's "Scotty 2 hotty" - OMFG - TruffleTini - Tiki Madman's "Ice Pie" & Jungleboy's (Banana Punch x NBK x Sherb) All amazing genetics that I want to make sure there getting the closest thing to the sun lol

Stay Lifted Buds
