I am new to Indoor please help

Hi I started my plants indoor with cfl and they are like 3 inches tall (they are 1 week 4 days old) but the electricity bill is going to come to high because of the lights and the fan so I want to start growing outdoor. I am from Puerto Rico so I live in the tropic. My question is what temperature is good for the plants outdoor other question is that I want to know if the plants need direct sun light.

60-100 degrees max. but plants are comfortable from 70-80 and should be watered every 4 days or so. all depends

How many cfl's do you have burning and how much did your bill go up?

I have 3 cfls and one fan. The bill have not arrived because I have been growing them for 1 week and 4 days but if I continue the whole month it will come hight.(the cfls are 26w each)

3x26=78

Your computer alone eats up at minimum triple that amount of power every hour - I doubt your bill is going to go up that high.

they dont need direct sunlight. id recommend you keep them around 80 degrees with a 6500k cfl bulb. make sure you dont over water and give em babies plenty of air flow. also make sure get your bulbs the right distance to your plant. you lose light effectiveness when your too far away.

I have four 26 watt cfl's burning 24/7 right now and my bill was maybe 5 dollars more than usual.

The lights 24/0, the fan probably 18/6, I don't really run it at night, it is still chilly and we don't keep the heat up really high.
