my plants are a week into flower and I accidently turned my phone on after they had been asleep for 30 minutes. Am I gonna be the not so proud owner of some new hermies?

I never bought into the plants can't have any light during flower bullshit.
our rooms are barely light tight and if i need to work in a room when its dark i just kick on an HPS light and try to get out in less than 15 mins.
Have not 1 single time had my plants herm out or go weird.
