just imagine in say 20 years give or take...weed is legal for recreation use. alot of problems have diminished. budget ceilings would be a thing of the past. and RIU becomes a job board to employ weed farmers trimmers packagers etc....

1)how would budget ceilings go away, and

well obviously the federal govts would tax the hell out of it and alot of the money issues would go away

and a lot of jails that are full of people caught with a bag of smoke wouldnt be there

I think it would just become an accepted part of society. Our future presidents will be smoking pot instead of cigarettes!
