O outofbodyspecial Active Member Jun 14, 2011 #2 Same question. I'll be using coco/perlite medium and I would like to put a filter on the return line. Just a fine foam or a fine mesh cloth. Is it a bad idea? Will it somehow "filter" out the nutes too?
