Can i use general hydroponics bloom for soil im growing ak 47 autoflowers

You can ,
Hydroponic nutes are designed to dissolve into water ,
But they will work in Soil , doubt it will be as effective ,
I would use 50% Perlite to the soil , should help.....

should i pour the perlite on top of the soil or mix it

They do work in soil and are as effective. They just cost more than soil nutes due to lack of significant ammonium sources.

Ok , soil media based nutes are not as effective as Hydro nutes in a Hydro set-up , i know , iv'e done a test,
i assumed vice versa would be the same ....
Hydro nutes are in General the same price as soil nutes.
I also work in the game.
