hydroponic drip system

I was considering dwc grow and making a nice res
but then i came across this on ebay

wondering if anyone has used this or if its worth it to buy?
looks pretty legit, 18gal res 6plants under my 400w hps hood?
i currently have 3plants in a 1gal aerogarden under the 400 and the plants arent growing to their full potential at all..so this looks like a good pickup for my next grow

You might have crowding issues. Those cups are too close together. Unless you do autos or some other small stature strain.

That tub is probably not light proof...

Don't buy that. You can build the same thing for less and probably do it better. That set up will work great for dwarf plants, but I don't think I'd want to try six big plants in it.
