hydrophonics supply help

im new to hydroponics and i need some supplies that are fairly cheap but good quality so if someone can give me an online shop and the suppies i should get that would be a lot of help. Im growing with cfls. the list below is needed

Growing Medium
Nutrients(vegetative growth and Bloomer)
Netted Pots
if possible Reflective film

There are hydroponic shop on Ebay. I get 80% of my gear from Ebay, and the other 20% from hardware shops and £1 shops.
