I'm gonna regret admitting this... but I "plugged" 6 mg one time. Yes as in I dissolved the crushed pills in warm water, put the solution into a 10cc syringe and proceeded to do one of the most undignified things I've ever done....
The effects were great though. Very blissful nodding, but the itchiness was a bit much. Id say its worth trying, but I know some people just cant get past the idea of administering anything through that route..

I find more concentrated solutions are better for plugging. A < 1 mL squirt is nothing and absorbs very quickly. 5-10mL seems like it could feel pretty weird for a few minutes.
Other than the fact that it's not something you want to do in public it's generally a wonderful way of administering drugs. Make sure the pH is ok and lube the tip. One day you're all going to need prostate exams and you can find an applicator thinner than my finger and I have really small hands so that will be worse. Also things in your ass won't turn you gay.
