hydro vs soil

So, I am planning on a grow here in the not to distant future. I have one previous grow under my belt with an aerogarden. I am having some trouble deciding whether to go with hydro or soil. If I went with hydro, I would probably use CFL lights, if i went with soil I would consider upgrading the lights a little bit. Does anyone have any advice?

If its a question of hydro under cfls or soil under real lights (hid) then no doubt you should go with the soil.
However something to keep in mind is that with bigger lights comes more heat, you need adequate ventilation to deal with that heat or its all moot. In the same token, without ventilation hydroponic ops are prone to mold.

Growing weed well can get expensive, trust me.

Go with soil so you can get bigger lights, bigger lights = better results.

Go with DWC and bigger lights.

I see a pattern here, get bigger lights.................

go with HID and hydro.... soil is good also...but stay away from the flouros unless your keeping clones or a mom.....

growing organic in soil will produce better tasteing bud
