Hydro Nutes In Soil??

Is it ok to use hydro nutes in soil? I'm growing using a soil mix consisting of 70% Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil, 20 % Perlite, and 10% Flushed Coco. I am wondering if I could use Advanced Nutrients Sensi 1 Part Grow and Bloom for Base Nutes in combination with Advanced Nutrients Sweet Leaf, Emerald Shaman, Bud Blood, and Bloom Booster when needed throughout the plants life cycle. If you can use these nutes in soil would I dose them the same as in a hydro set-up? If not what would you recommend for nutes to use in a soil set-up like this?

I've used FloraGro in soil, with no problems. It's just a different medium, but I suspect you would need to alter the potency of the feeding (as, depending on your soil and brand, it would retain some of the nutes). Grow well!:peace:

Pretty much any hydroponics nutrient will work perfectly well in soil. Hydroponics is the more demanding standard. For soil a fertilizer doesn't absolutely have to have high solubility. If it clumps up a bit or gets gunky it's not the end of the world. If that happens in your hydroponic system you can have major problems. (In aeroponics especially)

AN actually has some good advice on using their stuff in soil, but I don't remember it off-hand. You can always just call their customer support tech line, they're really helpful whenever I call. Just remember when you call that you'll get connected to product support (ordering and such) and then you just ask for tech support. They'll forward you from there.

Just remember that you're growing veggies... they can get in trouble if they talk about anything else. They know, you know, but no one says it, savvy?
