Earl is supposed to be passing close to where i live this weekend and im worried about the strong winds tearing my plants apart. Are marijuana plants strong enough to withstand the strong winds or should i put it somwhere safe out of the wind.

haha i was thinking the same thing! i asked my pops and he dont think itll be much of a problem, but mine are rooted in the ground so i cant move them

I lived on the coast of NC for 19 years and yes, you should protect your plants at all cost. Although I didn't grow down there, I saw guy's shit get obliterated by the winds during hurricanes. I don't think anyone on the east coast has much to worry about with this storm, but I've been through too damned many of the bastards to take any chances. Good luck, pick 'em up!

Yeah I am in the same boat.. I am in the capecod area.. and I can tell you that if there are 100 mph + winds my plants will at the very least severely damaged... I am praying that it goes east a mike hunt hair...

i dont think itll be 100mph but i think well get 50 and 60...although im a bit more out of the path than cape cod
