humidity problems

growing in my closet , got everything else managable except its drier than a desert in there , rh 20% got a 4 gallon pail of water , tried soaking a towel and hanging it up, highest it got 27%, any suggestions at all woulld be greatly appreciated.

Keep doing what you're doing and get a cool mist humidifier from walmart for $30 (or get two). You can also mist plants several times a day.

i try to keep a hum. of 80% during vegand for flower i find the lower the better . the lower the hum. in flower makes forharder and dencer buds.

80 is hard to get for me. I get 50-60 in veg and shoot for 30 in flower, especially late flower.
